The 1918 Hackensack High School yearbook shown below, has a
“Senior Honor Roll” list, which we have just discovered, of five students who they paid tribute to for joining the service. Among those five names is
Park Hart.  He is also mentioned in the last paragraph of the yearbook article “History of the Class of 1918”.  Under the yearbook photo of the class of 1918, they list the names under the heading STATISTICS.

Here is the information that appears:

John Park Hart died of the flu while in the service.
 
Let us never forget this young man’s sacrifice.
